    Best subway in klamath falls. Freshest produce refilled daily. Their employees are amazing sandwich artist and actually enjoy their jobs. Their service is as good as the food, great with kids and give extra on the sandwiches

    I like the remodeled look in this location. However the wait server had a poor attitude. I thought wait servers are not supposed to argue, belittle, or put down customers. Just because I'm a senior citizen, there is no excuse for mistreating one!

    Less than professional performance by sandwich maker wife asked for mayo on the bread put it on the cheese said she messed up and wiped the cheese on the bread was asked to start over she just threw the cheese away they bagged our food never asked if we were going to eat here then said didn't have trays big stack right behind them this place has not changed for the better

    I came here for a quick lunch on my lunch break, and I'm thoroughly disappointed. There was a line when I arrived and they seemed to be getting through it very quickly. I ordered a steak and cheese on Italian and asked for it to be toasted. They left it in for FAR too long and pulled this out. Four different employees touched this sandwich to help me after it came out, and not one employee told me it was burnt, nor did they offer to make me a new one. I did not realize how burnt it was until I sat down as the cashier had shoved it in the container and it flopped open. I could only eat a bite or two, and when I went to ask for a new one or for a refund I was ignored due to the fact that there was still a line. This is the first time I've spent money at a restaurant for lunch and left hungry. At least all of the employees were friendly enough (besides covering up a burnt sandwich).

    I just had the best sandwich.  Subway now has RYE BREAD.  Wow is it incredible Turkey, Ham and Roast Beef with Swiss Cheese toasted on RYE...with the works...
    I'm in heaven!
